  • Handle all aspects of hiring, scheduling, oversight, and payment of repair contractor

Financial Reporting

  • Monthly Owner Reports detailing full accounting of rents collected and repairs or expenses
  • Year end Annual Owner Report summarizing all Financials and Owner 1099 delivery for tax purposes
