A first time open listing of historic timberland property. The Trinity Lady Park Tracts offer intensively managed timberland excellent for investing, recreation, and even homesteading. The property has been managed to maximize pine timber growth through sylvicultural practices including planting elite loblolly seedlings, thinning, herbicide applications, and prescribed understory burning. Deer hunting on this has historically been managed to promote the harvesting of large, mature whitetails, while controlling predator impact. There are currently a number of food plots in place. Tract #5 contains a small creek on the east end that is deemed navigable under certain conditions and empties in to White Rock Creek, which in turn empties into Lake Livingston. Please do not enter the property without an appointment- There is a current hunting lease in place.
