Copper Lakes is a subdivision located about 25 miles northwest of downtown Houston, Texas. It is found south of Highway 290, between Barker Cypress Road and Queenston Boulevard with West Road and Longenbaugh Drive running east/west right through the subdivision.

This convenient location makes for easy access to US-290, W. Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) and Interstate 10. Copper Lakes is in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) and is primarily zoned to Copeland Elementary, Aragon Middle School, and Langham Creek High School. CFISD Berry Center and Lone Star College – CyFair are located just across Barker Cypress Road. Copper Lakes was established in 1994 and includes approximately 1,200 homes.

Within the neighborhood there are two community pools, splashpads, tennis courts and multiple playgrounds. There are plenty of walking trails and beautiful lakes to enjoy, and Harris County Goforth Park can be directly access from the northern section of the neighborhood.
